Oregon Youth Conservation Corps (OYCC) was created by the 1987 Oregon Legislature to emulate the Civilian Conservation Corps of the 1930's.
OYCC builds on strong connections between positive experiences, work skills, personal responsibility, commitment to education, and future employment for Oregon's youth.
